Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked navy Bare Beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp water if needed

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse navy beans and garlic clove until they are broken up.
  2. Add in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and seasonings.
  3. Blend together until combined. If needed, add water to thin the dip and achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with veggies, crackers, or as a spread on a sandwich. Enjoy!
