Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked according to package instructions, drained and cooled
- 1 bunch chopped, fresh basil
- 1 bunch chopped, fresh parsley
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan
- 10 oz Bare Beans Garbanzos
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Splash red or white wine vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put cooled pasta into a mixing bowl.
- Add basil, parsley, garlic, zest, juice, cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the bowl.
- Toss lightly.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
