Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked according to package instructions, drained and cooled
  • 1 bunch chopped, fresh basil
  • 1 bunch chopped, fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan
  • 10 oz Bare Beans Garbanzos
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Splash red or white wine vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put cooled pasta into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add basil, parsley, garlic, zest, juice, cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Toss lightly.
  4. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
