Navy Bare Beans Dip with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cooked navy Bare Beans
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juive
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 small clove garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp water if needed
Instructions:
- In a food processor or blender, pulse navy beans and garlic clove until they are broken up.
- Add in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and seasonings.
- Blend together until combined. If needed, add water to thin the dip and achieve desired consistency.
